  • APPLICATIONS FOR THE TOURNAMENT

    Only via the tournament homepage. The application is not the same as the starting authorization!
    90 can participate.
    There is no legal claim to a starting place in the tournament. Free places will be drawn by lot.
    Starting places for some people can and will be allocated by the organizer before the tournament. These include people who are helping out at the event.

  • HOTEL BOOKINGS

    Please do not make any hotel bookings before confirming your participation in the tournament. There are contingents reserved for us.
    Cancellation is very time-consuming for everyone.
    The hotels will be named with the confirmation.

  • MOTORHOME/ CARAVAN

    These can be provided at the school or the tournament hall. The use of the sanitary facilities is guaranteed.

  • PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION

    We will try to organize private accommodation. More details after 1.12.2024.

  • ACCEPT – CANCEL – WAITING LIST

    The participants will be published on this homepage on 1.12.2024 from 18.00 h. At the same time there will be an email to ALL applicants for the tournament. CONSENT and CANCELLATIONS will be sent.
    A waiting list will be published.

  • PAYMENT OF ENTRY FEE – CATERING

    With the confirmation of the tournament, the account number of the club to which the transfer must be made will be given.
    Previous payments will be refunded.

  • ARRIVAL BY TRAIN

    A train from Bremen and Hanover stops every hour.
    We organize a shuttle service from the train station to the accommodation.
    More details will be provided shortly before the tournament.

  • TOURNAMENT END

    On Sunday 4.5.2025 we want to organize a joint closing for the first time. We will have breakfast together in the event hall. The GÖBBER breakfast will be available for all participants and accompanying persons from 9 am.
